Last Day of School
Congratulations to Ethan for moving on to the next educational milestone. He completed elementary school this year and was honored at a nice graduation ceremony on the last day of school. On the big day Tessie treated Ethan to a large breakfast at a restaurant near the school then, after graduation, he went to a friends house for a 'start of summer' party. Ethan is looking forward to his first year in Junior High and is feeling a great deal of anxiety about the changes that are ahead of him.
Here are some pictures of Isaac and Piper from the last day of school too. It was a fun day for all of us.

Congratulations, Ethan! Wow, Jr. High. I remember how exciting and enjoyable 7th grade was....n't.
Funny thing, reading this blog and seeing the pictures of the playground reminded me to tell you: my boss came in last Monday and told us that he sold a playground @ cost for a charter school in Meridian. We asked how much margin we'd make and he said "None." This shocked us quite a bit as in his previous life, the owner was all about making $. It relieved us to find out that the discount was because he wanted to get his 2 kids in that charter school. When I asked where it was, he said, "on Cherry Lane in between 10-mile and Linder." That's right, Compass Charter school is getting a 30k playground at manufactuer's cost. Sorry he didn't think of that while Ethan attended!
